FireProof Wildfire Protection Services

FireProof is a Fairbanks Ranch resident-managed membership program (Alan Cone; Lot 200) using experienced wildfire professionals with 100+ years of wildfire mitigation experience.

• To qualify for FireProof membership, you will be required to have a paid Risk Assessment and agree to make and maintain necessary fire-safe recommendations.

• Once qualified, you will receive a free education series to become more knowledgeable and capable.

Individual, Private Resident/Owner Membership:

PRE-Wildfire:

• Fireproofing the Canyon and Fairbanks Ranch Estates Perimeter

• Home Risk Assessments and Mitigation to qualify for FireProof, or use other mitigation vendors

DURING Wildfire:

• Multiple Fire Protection Units (FPUs) dedicated full-time to Fairbanks Ranch Estates

• On Fire: Protecting member homes at the greatest threat

• Ember Showers: Additional FPUs moving in the community to mitigate ember fire spread to member homes

POST-Wildfire:

• Make certain all fires are out

• Cleanup Services to remove damaged vegetation, or use other vendors

• Power Washing Services, or use other vendors
